What is your late arrival policy?

Please arrive on time for your class. As a courtesy to those who come on time, students will not be permitted to join 15 minutes after the start of class. Instructors will start the demonstration on time and will not repeat.

No reschedule and refund will be provided.

 

What is your refund / cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds.

 

Can I reschedule my class?

You can reschedule your class 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. No rescheduling 4 days before class starts but you can transfer the class registration to other individuals if you wish ( only for Handbuilding, Tryout, Fun night handbuilding or Fun night Wheel class  )

 

Rescheduling varies between weekly classes. Please read each class rescheduling policy.

 

What if I/m sick or injured?

We are a small business, and we are not able to give refunds or reschedule due to last-minute illness or unexpected injury. 

If you are sick, please do not attend your class. For one time class  or private events, you are welcome to send friends in your place.

 

What if I have to miss a class in my weekly class?

Make-up class are not available for 2 and 4 weeks weekly class, and it is not possible to join another class for one week.

For 8 weeks class, we will try to accommodate ONE make up class ( if the schedule works ) , please notify us in advance. It is very important to not miss the last 2 weeks as we won't be able to accomodate the make-up class.

 

If you miss the trimming or glazing week, the instructor will do it for you.

 

Are my pieces ready for pick up ?

Pottery pieces are ready for pick up 3 weeks after your class. If you don’t receive an email, you can just come in. Sometimes the email went to your junk / spam.

Feel free to collect them any time between 12 - 6 PM, Tuesday to Saturday only - No pickup outside those hours. Our studio closes on Sunday and Monday.

We will wrap it for you and kindly bring your own bag to bring your pieces home, or you could purchase our tote bag for $6.49 with tax included.
