Before you engage in any activities at our pottery studio, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing

  • HST is included in all class pricing

2. Kiln Firing

  • At Pottery Dream, we prioritized safety and aim to provide a memorable and rewarding pottery experience for all participants. Pottery Dream does not guarantee, explicit or implied, regarding the quality of fired work. While we take every precaution to achieve the best possible firing outcomes, variations in the firing process and clay properties can lead to unexpected results.

  • By using our studio facilities, you agree not to hold Pottery Dream, its volunteers, or any other person associated with the studio responsible for any damage, or defects in your pottery at any stage of the process, including firing.

3. Studio Rules and Conduct:

  • All participants must follow the instructions and guidance of our instructors and staff at all times.

  • Respect the studio space, equipment, and materials. Any intentional damage or misuse will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

  • Maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all participants, instructors, and staff. Discriminatory or disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated.

  • At Pottery Dream, we are proud to be a queer-friendly, women-owned business that celebrates diversity in all its forms. Our team and community come from various backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and we are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry, discrimination, and harassment of any kind. Any behavior that compromises the inclusive environment we uphold will result in immediate removal from our space, with no refund issued.

4. Safety Precautions:

  • Pottery involves the use of potentially hazardous materials and equipment. Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and staff.

  • Wear appropriate clothing to ensure your safety. Long hair should be tied back, and loose jewelry should be removed.

5. Payments, Refunds and Rescheduling:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in a class, workshop, or membership.

  • No refunds

  • Rescheduling :  If you wish to reschedule your class, a request should be made at least 4 days or 96 hours before the scheduled start of the class. No rescheduling 4 days before class stars but you can transfer the class registration to other individuals if you wish.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage class capacity effectively and provide the best possible experience for all participants.

6. Reservation and Cancellation:

  • Classes and workshops have limited spots available. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Failure to attend a class without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.

7. Health, Safety, Liability and Release:

  • Participants understand that working with clay involves inherent risks. Pottery Dream and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your time at the studio.

  • Participants agree to release Pottery Dream and its staff from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in classes, workshops, or other activities.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and capable of participating in our activities. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations, please inform our staff before participating.

8. Code of Conduct:

  • Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviors towards staff or fellow participants will not be tolerated.

9. Photography and Privacy:

  • Pottery Dream may photograph or record classes and workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in such materials.

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.

10. Changes and Modifications:

  • Pottery Dream reserves the right to modify class schedules, workshop offerings, and studio policies. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Communication:

  • For inquiries, concerns, or feedback, please contact us through the channels provided on our website.
